NEW YORK (CBS) - A gay rights group wants the David Letterman show to apologize for making fun of a transgender appointee to Obama's cabinet. In his monologue Tuesday, Letterman remarked that Amanda Simpson , a transgender woman, had been appointed to work in the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security.
